FAQ and Helpful Hints.
- Advance purchase is recommended! We keep our capacities small for a semi-private experience.
- Our vessels are brand-new out of the showroom as of Summer of 2013. No other company has boats newer than ours.
- Our vessels are safety-inspected by the US Coast Guard Auxiliary ever year.
- Our pilots are all licensed captains and masters, credentialed by the US Coast Guard. This means they have passed drug tests, cleared background checks, are certified in First Aid & CPR, and are trained in safely navigating through any sea/weather conditions.
- Payment Forms are credit cards or cash. We accept credit cards right on the boat, or we can accept cash. Checks are not acceptable.
- You are permitted to bring food or drink, at a reasonable level. We have weight considerations to worry about.
- We welcome alcoholic beverages on board for all tours.
- No smoking is permitted on board.
- Sun protection is recommended, including a hat and sunscreen. Sunglasses too.
- Bring a camera, as you will be surprised at the wildlife you will encounter on your trip. Keep your trip memorable!
- The evening rides can be quite cool and breezy, so a sweater may be advisable.
- Weather conditions can shorten a trip, or even postpone it. Please rest assured that we will NEVER take your money if you didn’t get your money’s WORTH. So in the event of any weather issues, there will either be a refund, or a do-over!
